The main objective of the project is to enhance the capacity of BSOs to offer services to creative companies in order to help them to introduce innovations and improve their chances for internationalization.
The main activities of the project are:
Study of the conditions for development of the creative industries
Organizing a forum “Improvement of business linkages between Bulgarian and Moldovan BSOs”
Elaboration of an assessment tool for innovations
Developing an online platform
Elaboration of marketing strategy for increasing the capacity of BSOs to support the chambers of commerce
Organizing of training/couching events at working place
Testing of newly created services via focus groups
Seminars for improvement of the services
Elaborating a manual for best practices in creative/art industries sector
Organizing of business meetings
