Registration in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce of companies (ET, OOD, AD, SD) and commercial representations of foreign persons.

Maintenance and updating of the entered data regarding the status of traders.

Preparation of references and provision of information for:

• the status of Bulgarian traders (circumstances subject to entry in the Commercial Register);
• registered traders by industry, with foreign participation - by country, by seat (region), etc.;
• registered commercial representations of foreign persons; companies declared bankrupt or in liquidation proceedings;
• confirmation of current registration status as of a specific date;
• the financial position of Bulgarian traders, prepared on the basis of submitted accounting reports, in accordance with Art. 40, para. 5, in conjunction with Art. 50 of the Accountancy Act;
• confirming the accuracy of certified certificates of origin of goods and export invoices, upon written request from an exporting company, recipient, customs and other authorities.

Issuance and certification of foreign trade documents:

• certificates with data from the Commercial Register, in Bulgarian and foreign languages, certifying the status of Bulgarian traders. The documents serve as identification before foreign partners, embassies, customs, banks, when registering companies or trade representations abroad, for participation in international tenders, competitions, projects, etc.;
• certificates of origin of goods;
• export invoices;
• certification of signatures on declarations, powers of attorney, contracts, price lists, etc.
• certification of invitations and declarations for business trips of foreigners to the Republic of Bulgaria;
• other certification documents related to foreign trade.
