Arbitration clause recommended by the BCCI: All disputes arising from or relating to this contract, including those arising from or relating to its interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes for filling gaps or adapting it to newly emerged circumstances, will be resolved by the Arbitration Court at the BCCI, with the place of hearing of the arbitration case being at the seat of the regional chamber - the city of Vratsa of the unified national system of the BCCI, in accordance with its Rules for Cases Based on Arbitration Agreements.
