Project Objective: To develop training materials on the topic of Circular Economy (CE) that will enable the project's target groups to acquire the skills and knowledge required in order to apply the principles and the implementation strategy of CE in their work environment. The combination of the activities related to CE may provide SMEs and micro-enterprises with the advantage they seek against their competition as they apply to the whole range of their operations.
Target group: SMEs owners/managers/personnel in construction, manufacturing and crafts sectors; VET trainers, SMEs associations’ members and staff, university/college students, municipalities and cities.

Main project outputs:
Intellectual Output 1: Interactive Self Diagnostic Tool (ISDT)
The Interactive Self Diagnostic Tool will be an online tool that SMEs’ owners and/or legal representatives will run, in order to assess their situation in relation to Circular Economy fundamental principles and criteria.
Relevant multiple answers questions will be formulated in order to evaluate the degree of Circularity of each SME.
The Circularity Degree will show which learning pathway each SME must follow utilizing the IO2 (Circular Economy Course) and the IO3 (Circular Economy Implementation Framework) to successfully make the CE transition.
Intellectual Output 2: Circular Economy Course
Based on the results of IO1 the user will be redirected to IO2 Circular Economy Course. The Output 2 will include an interactive Course on circular economy for SMEs and will produce a curriculum, that will be broken down into certain learning modules.
Intellectual Output 3: Circular Economy Implementation Framework
Under this Intellectual Output a comprehensive CE implementation framework will be developed to assist the target groups incorporate the CE principles. Thus, a step by step framework for SMEs how to scale up by understanding, utilizing and investing in circular economy will be created.
Once the SME user will run the IO1 (Interactive Self Diagnostic Tool) and then the relevant course based on its results in the IO1 then he/ she will be redirected to the IO3 where the user will have the chance to implement the framework towards Circular Economy transition.
The current framework will include a set of methodology concepts, tools and measurement instruments that guide the execution of CE strategy adoption.
Intellectual Output 4: REFRAME Online Tool
All IOs will be integrated in one online tool and one website. The REFRAME Online tool will be connected to project’s website and will include the diagnostic tool, the training course and the implementation framework. The tool will be interactive, easy to use and promote innovation in eLearning area.
Impacts:
•Individuals will increase their knowledge on CE and will become more attractive for the job market
•Increased competitiveness of SMEs in the manufacturing, construction, and crafts sectors as well as improving their position on the market
•Increased sustainability within the target group
