The consortium consists of 8 partners from 7 countries, most of them have experience with the development and/or exploitation of learning material, especially with e-learning modules.
Main Objective
To improve the competitiveness of SMEs in Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia and Turkey by supporting staff in competitive intelligence and strategy.
Specific objectives:
◦To develop a vocational training courseto educate staff of SMEs to increase their competitiveness and share in the global market by using open and distance learning and training methods.
◦To provide awareness for all stakeholders, especially SMEs about competitive intelligence and strategy.
◦To increase the quantity of people with skills in this field on the labour market.

Main activities:
◦Analyzing the situation in regard to the CI and evaluating the results
◦Development of E-platform for competitive intelligence
◦Development of E-learning modules using multimedia and blended learning, incl. case studies
◦Creation of network between partner countries and share of their expertise
Main results and products:
◦ Vocational training coursefor staff of SMEs to increase their competitiveness and share in the global market by using open and distance learning and training methods, accessible in six languages - EN, LT, BG, EL and TR.
