Between 13th and 15th of November 2019, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vratsa participated in the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project INCLUDE: “Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age” (Project Agreement No.: 2019-1-DE02-KA202-006246) in Berlin, Germany. The meeting was attended by representatives of the seven partner organisations from Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Poland.
The project INCLUDE has a duration of 2 years (01.10. 2019 - 30.09. 2021) with a leading partner emcra GmbH, Germany. The project goal is to support the SMEs and the SMOs in the day-to-day challenges of the digital transformation with a modern, inclusive leadership approach. For this purpose, the project team will develop learning and teaching materials for managers and employees who want or should take on more responsibility. On the one hand, leaders can use the developed materials to learn “inclusive leadership in digital age” on-the-job and apply it directly in their daily work routine. On the other hand, trainers and training providers can use the materials and prototype curriculum in order to develop further educational offers for the project target group.
There are four planned project outputs: 1. Process model “Inclusive Leadership in Digital Age” (theoretical background); 2. Curriculum according to EQF; 3. Manual „Inclusive Leadership in Digital Age“ (Work-based-learning- and training materials), and 4. Awareness raising Email course for leaders.
