The Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Vratsa is pleased to open registrations for the first of its kind in Bulgaria - "Sustainable Scoops" Competition. The competition’s focus will be “Innovative recipe with a local flavour” created in a sustainable way.
The competition is part of the GELATOn the ROAD project, with Bulgaria being the first among the twelve partner countries in which it will be held. The final competition will be in Longarone Fiere, Italy at the end of 2025.
When: 19th February 2025
Where: During FOODTECH 2025 - International Fair Plovdiv, Bulgaria
Who can participate:
- Master Gelatieri
- Patisserie Chefs
- Restaurant Chefs
- Representatives of Vocational Institutions / Schools, alongside their industry mentors
- Private entry from individuals connected to the production of gelato
Requirements:
- Register below
- Sign a Protocol of Understanding (CCI-Vratsa will provide the documentation)
- Share your gelato recipe with us
- Take a short, horizontal video that follows the gelato preparation progress (the video, 2 minutes max, is part of the presentation during the competition)
