On 5th of October, 2020, in Larnaca, Cyprus, started the three-day workshop on "Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age". The workshop is part of our EU-funded project INCLUDE. Participants in the workshop came from Cyprus, Poland and Germany.
The tree-day workshop started with the question "What are the challenges of our today’s leaders? During these busy three days, the discussions were about the challenges that leaders and employees face nowadays and how the INCLUDE project will help them cope with them. Various methods and tools of inclusive leadership were presented and discussed with many practical examples, exercises and discussions.
On 8th and 9th of October, 2020, the third partner meeting under the project was held. During the meeting were discussed the results of the three-day workshop just held, the state of development of the intellectual products and the tasks of partners towards their achievement. Future partners’ responsibilities and coming deadlines were defined.
