INSPIRES in Action #1: Mamadelle Combines a Digital Menu with Practical Operational Improvements

In the first publication of our “INSPIRES in Action” series, we present the Mamadelle project, implemented by STOEV TRADE Ltd. with €15,000 in financial support from the INSPIRES project.

The challenge

The project explores how a small hospitality business can improve its digital customer service while introducing practical changes to some of its everyday operational processes.

What was implemented?

Through the project, Mamadelle introduced:

  • a fully operational Bulgarian-language digital menu accessible by QR code;
  • a platform capable of supporting content in English;
  • an online blog for customer communication;
  • dedicated bins for separate waste collection and a composting container;
  • new and upgraded equipment for food preparation, storage and hygiene.

The team also received training in using the new digital tools and equipment.

Why is the experience relevant to others?

The project demonstrates how small tourism and hospitality businesses can combine digital solutions with gradual operational changes adapted to their capacity and everyday needs.
