Project Objectives
The UpSkillOne project aims to develop an innovative European model for career guidance and skills development of employees in micro and small enterprises. By combining digital technologies, artificial intelligence tools, and expert support, the project will enable workers to assess their competences, identify training opportunities, and plan their professional development through personalized upskilling pathways.
Main Activities
• Development of an innovative methodological framework for career guidance of employees in micro and small enterprises.
• Development of an AI-based digital platform for skills assessment and training recommendations.
• Establishment and training of SME Skills Champions to support employees in navigating learning opportunities.
• Pilot implementation of the developed model and tools in the partner countries.
• Evaluation of results and development of policy recommendations in the field of skills development.
• Communication and dissemination of project results.
