Between December 2021 and January 2022, within the framework of the EU project “INCLUDE – Inclusive Leadership in the Digital Age” under Erasmus+ programme, the project consortium launched and successfully implemented the testing phase of the E-mail course.
The INCLUDE E-mail course contained 13 separate e-mails – 12 topical e-mails on INCLUDE Tools and a last one asking for testers’ feedback. The purpose of the testing of this project output was to make a qualitative assessment of its content and design. After the evaluation of over 50 filled feedback questionnaires, the INCLUDE partners are happy to share the positive feedback received!
The testers, who represented SMEs, SMOs, VETs, NGOs, startups, consider the E-mail course as well-designed, informative, and comprehensible. The E-mail course is considered to be helpful in dealing with the challenges of our daily work and is good means to spur interest on the topic of inclusive leadership in the digital age.
The INCLUDE partnership would like to thank all participants in the testing who helped us improve the E-mail course. All comments and feedback would be taken into consideration in the finalisation of the INCLUDE E-mail course. We are looking forward to sharing the finalised result in May 2022!
