The main objectives: Developing and enhancing research and innovation capacities and the uptake of advanced technologies

Med Diet Go! transfers the main MD.net (https://mdnet.interreg-med.eu/) achievements to foster rural lifestyle and landscape as tourism opportunity through innovation and networking:

  • Enlarging stakeholders' adherence to MD values, both in MD.net communities and new partners’
  • territories
  • Consolidating the Med Diet Euro-Cluster to network rural economies and cope with global market challenges

Promoting the MD territories (and healthy products) as destinations for international tourism

The main activities:

  • Joint actions of the Med Diet Euro Cluster (Mediterranean Diet Euro Cluster);
  • Drafting of an Agreement for Med Diet Euro Cluster;
  • Creation of the thematic community, community for institutional dialogue and contribution to the strategy to increase the results of the program;
  • Communication in the field of international relations.

Results:

  • Improved awareness within rural communities and capacity building through sharing a vast database and information collected through the MD.net survey;;

Organizations with increased institutional capacity due to their participation in cross-border cooperation activities;
